- Terms of Service The agreement between Renaro and the transportation operators who run their business on the platform - and the rules for the staff, drivers, and passengers who touch it. Renaro is the software; the operator is the transportation provider.
- Privacy Policy Renaro runs dispatch operations for transportation operators, which means handling real personal data: passenger details, driver records, live locations, payments, and messages. This policy says exactly what is processed, why, who sees it, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it.
- Data Processing Addendum This addendum governs how Renaro processes personal data on behalf of operators - the instructions Renaro follows, the security it maintains, the subprocessors it may use, and what happens to data when service ends. It is part of the Terms of Service for every operator.
- Subprocessors Renaro uses a small set of vetted vendors to run the platform. This page lists every subprocessor that can touch personal data, what it does, and how operators are told before anything on this list changes.
- Acceptable Use Policy Renaro moves real people, real money, and real messages. This policy sets the rules that keep the platform lawful and safe for everyone on it - operators, drivers, passengers, and the people they message.
- Cookie Policy Renaro uses no cookies at all on this marketing site, and only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage in the signed-in product. This policy lists every category, what it does, and what happens if you block it.
- SMS and Messaging Policy Renaro delivers text messages on behalf of transportation operators - booking updates, receipts, sign-in codes, and masked driver-passenger texting. This page is the program description: what gets sent, how consent works, and how to stop messages.
- API Terms of Use These terms govern programmatic access to Renaro - the partner API and outbound webhooks. They cover keys, versioning, rate limits, webhook security, and what API consumers may do with the data they receive.
How changes are made
When a document on this page changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top of the document changes with it, and operators with active accounts are notified through the platform or by email before material changes take effect. The version you see here is the version in force.
