Getting started
New to Renaro? Do these steps in order. Each one ends with a simple check, so you know when it's done.
-
Step 1: Sign in and add your team
Everyone who answers the phone or sends cars needs their own sign-in.
You're ready when each person in your office can sign in and their Status in Team Access says Active.
-
Step 2: Set up your company
Your time zone, currency and fees are used on every reservation.
You're ready when your General settings show your type of operation and the right time zone, and your changes say Saved.
-
Step 3: Add your vehicles
Reservations are priced and dispatched by vehicle type, so the fleet comes before rates.
You're ready when every car you run is on the Fleet page as Active, with the right vehicle type.
-
Step 4: Add your drivers
A trip can only go to a driver who is signed in to the driver app.
You're ready when each driver has signed in on their phone, has a vehicle, and shows Online after tapping GO ONLINE.
-
Step 5: Set up rates and zones
Without a Default fare profile, Renaro can't price a reservation.
You're ready when the Fare Calculator gives the price you'd quote on the phone for a trip you run every week.
-
Step 6: Take a test reservation
A test trip checks your customers, rates and vehicles together before real customers call.
You're ready when your test reservation shows the right price and says Confirmed after you approve it.
-
Step 7: Send your first trip
Assigning a driver is the last check: the trip reaches the driver's phone.
You're ready when your test reservation shows the driver's name and the trip is on their phone.
