Setup order matters

Renaro guides first-run setup in an order that avoids circular dependencies: organization basics, then geography, then pricing, then people. Each step unlocks the next, and the dashboard shows exactly what remains before you can dispatch.

• Organization: legal entity, offices, operating hours, booking channels.
• Geography: service zones, airport geofences, address bias for your city.
• Pricing: vehicle classes, rate cards, surcharges, tax profiles.
• People: dispatcher roles, driver invitations, document requirements.

Drivers and vehicles

Drivers join through an invitation that walks them through the driver app install, document upload, and payout details. Vehicles carry class, capacity, and compliance dates; expiring documents surface to dispatchers before they become roadside problems.

Nothing about a driver is free-floating: shifts, offers, earnings, and documents all hang off the same driver record you created here.

Payment routing

Connect your payment account once and every fare follows your routing rules: which legs are captured automatically, how commissions are calculated, and when payouts run. The ledger model behind this is covered in its own concept guide.

Your first live booking

Create a test booking, watch it score your online drivers, and follow it to settlement. The homepage of this site walks the same lifecycle with production semantics — request, score, assign, track, settle — and your test booking will generate the same evidence at each step.
