Zones and pricing

Geography as configuration: zones drive dispatch policy, pricing, and analytics from one map.

Zones are shared vocabulary

Zones are drawn once and used everywhere: dispatch policy (airport queues, territory rules), pricing (zone-to-zone flat rates, surcharges), and analytics (demand by zone). When the airport zone changes shape, everything that references it updates together.

The pricing engine

Fares compose from explicit parts: base rate by vehicle class, distance and time components, zone rules, surcharges, and tax profiles. Every quote records which rules fired, so a passenger's price question has a line-item answer.

  • Zone-to-zone flat rates override metered calculation where you define them.
  • Time-of-day and event surcharges stack in a defined, visible order.
  • Corporate accounts can carry negotiated rate cards.

Simulate before you ship

Any pricing or zone change can be previewed against your recent booking history: which trips would have priced differently, by how much, and in whose favor. Config changes go live only after you have seen their blast radius — and every change is versioned with who approved it.
